About Us

The UK’s first Probate broker, Final Duties has been supplying fixed fee Probate services since it was established in 2007. We have so far saved our customers in excess of £2 million. The service was founded by one of our partners following the death of his father. After being confronted with an endless list of possible legal fees with no commitment on a price, by a solicitor named as an Executor, he identified a need for simple transparent pricing and clear advice.

How we select our solicitors

As UK’s first Probate broker, it is important to us that our customers receive the best service and we therefore require high standards of the solicitors we select onto our panel. Unlike some Probate providers, Final Duties only engage fully qualified and regulated estate administration specialist solicitors for our Probate services. You can be assured of a professional service for your peace of mind.
